It is David’s development experience (with Salta, Australand/Frasers, and Pellicano) that sets him apart from ‘regular’ commercial estate agents, as this experience means that we are able to provide valuable insight and assistance at every stage of a commercial property acquisition through to development, marketing, and disposal.
