The firm is owned and operated by David Gill, a third-generation commercial real estate agent, advisor, and property development manager. Having commenced his property career in 1999 as a commercial sales and leasing executive with his family’s firm, Gill Property, David further developed his agency, negotiation, and auctioneering skills over 4 years with international real estate firm, CBRE.
David spent the following 9 years working as a Development Manager for some of Australia’s most active and successful private and listed property groups, including: Salta Properties, Australand, and Pellicano Group. This client-side experience and direct exposure to the leaders of these businesses provides David with uncommon insight into the processes and practices that enable successful property outcomes.
Widely experienced and active across Melbourne’s commercial, industrial, retail and multi-unit residential markets, David Gill possesses the rare ability to analyse and dissect complex property issues, and then deliver creative, tailor-made, and cost-effective commercial real estate solutions. John Mills
John is a highly experienced commercial property manager and property advisor with over 35 years of full time experience, and has worked with members of the Gill family in their property businesses since 1993. John is a fully licensed agent and is actively involved in all manner of commercial property advisory, acquisitions, and agency.
